Port Deposit, MD

The scope of this project consisted of Replacement of Maryland SHA Bridge No. 0702700 on MD 222 Over Rock Run. Demolition of the existing structure began Summer 2016 and final paving took place Winter 2017. The single span precast prestressed concrete slab panel bridge was 40’ long and 42’ wide and consisted of 0.08 miles of approach roadway. The project also included replacement of storm water management facilities and an existing sanitary sewer as well as construction of a Bioretention Swale.
